This is a door stop made of solid brass. It has real weight at 8.5 oz (240 g), which is what you want in a stop that meets a moving door. The brass body takes the hit so your wall, trim and door edge do not.
Use it behind a door that opens into a room, or low on the wall where a door handle would otherwise mark the paint.

One stop per order. If you have two doors to protect, order two.
Pick the finish that matches the rest of your hardware:
All four are solid brass with a finish on top. Wipe with a dry cloth to keep them clean. Skip wet cloths and cleaners, which can dull the finish over time.
This stop is not for doors thicker than 2 in (50 mm). Check your door thickness before you order. A standard interior door is thinner than that, so most rooms are fine.
Plan the spot first. Open the door as far as it should go and mark where the stop meets it. The stop should meet the door before the door meets the wall.
Fix the stop to solid wood, a stud or a wall anchor rated for the load. Brass is heavy, and a stop that pulls loose does not protect anything. If you are not sure what is behind the drywall, use a stud finder or a proper anchor.
Set the stop so the door rests against it with a small gap to the wall. That gap is what saves your paint and trim.
Use it on interior doors in a home or office. It suits a bathroom door, a bedroom door, a closet door or any door that swings into a wall. The brass look pairs well with brass knobs, brass pulls and brass bath hardware, and the black and brushed nickel options fit rooms with cooler or darker finishes.
Because it is solid brass, it also holds up in rooms with some moisture, like a bathroom, as long as you keep it dry and wipe it now and then.
Wipe with a dry cloth. That is all it needs. Do not soak it, and do not use abrasive pads or harsh cleaners. A quick wipe keeps the finish even and free of fingerprints.
One solid brass door stop in the finish you choose. Nothing else is included, so have your screws, anchors and tools ready before you start.
It is sold as a single stop. If you need to protect two doors, order two.
It is not for doors thicker than 2 in (50 mm). Measure your door thickness first. Most standard interior doors are well under that.
Wipe it with a dry cloth. Avoid wet cloths and harsh cleaners, which can dull the brass finish.
Choose from antique brass, matte brass, black or brushed nickel. All four are solid brass with a finish on top.
