Delivery is $6.95 to the United States, $16.95 to the United Kingdom, $10.95 to the rest of Europe and $25.95 elsewhere, and free on every order over $49. Each product page shows the delivery time for your country. Unused, complete pieces can go back: request a return within 30 days, then send it within 14.

Free delivery
Delivery is free on orders over $49, wherever we ship. Below that it is $6.95 to the United States, $10.95 to the rest of Europe, $16.95 to the United Kingdom and $25.95 elsewhere.
Outside the US
Depending on the destination, orders may attract local import taxes or clearance fees on arrival.
More than one package
A mixed order may arrive in separate packages. Keep the packaging until every piece has arrived and been checked, and have all your hardware in hand before you book an installer or drill new doors.
Returns
Request a return within 30 days of delivery, then send the pieces back within 14 days. Hardware must be unused and complete, with its screws, protective wrapping and original packaging. Check the finish before fitting: fitted pieces can't be returned for a change of mind.
Packing a return
Wrap each piece separately so metal surfaces can't touch, include all fixings and use a tracked service. Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by you.
Refunds
Refunds go to the original payment method after we've inspected the return.
Damaged or faulty
Keep the packaging and contact us before sending anything back.
