Right of withdrawal
Changed your mind? Request a return within 30 days of delivery, then send the pieces back within 14 days.
01How to withdraw
Use the withdrawal form with your order reference and email address, and tell us which pieces you're sending back. You can also contact us with your order reference.
02Condition
Pieces must be unused, uninstalled and complete, with their screws, protective wrapping and original packaging. Fitted pieces can't be returned for a change of mind.
03Return costs
Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by you. Wrap each piece separately and use a tracked service.
04Refunds
Refunds go to the original payment method after inspection. Your statutory rights are not affected.
05Damaged or faulty pieces
Faulty goods are handled separately. Keep the packaging and contact us before sending them back.
