Clear expectations for buying hardware from BrassMason.
01Products and measurements
All dimensions are in millimeters unless stated otherwise. Hole centers are not the overall handle length. Images show form and material; a screen can't guarantee an exact finish match. Every pack contains pieces of the same size and finish.
02Prices
Prices are in US dollars and include VAT or GST wherever we charge it, such as for addresses in the UK and most of the EU. Pack savings are calculated against the current single price for the same size. Delivery is calculated separately.
03Delivery and import charges
Each product page and the checkout show the estimated delivery time for your country. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Orders outside the US may attract import duties, clearance charges or any taxes not charged at checkout.
04Returns
A change-of-mind return can be requested within 30 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled and complete hardware. Damage and faults are handled separately; contact us first.
05Use and fitting
Fit hardware to suit the cabinet and its fixing. Handles are not grab rails or appliance hardware.
