This is a pull handle for a sliding door. You mount it on the face of the door and use it to push or pull the door along its track. The handle is made of aluminum alloy, so it stays light in the hand while holding its shape. The finish is lacquered, which gives it a smooth surface that is easy to wipe down.
It is sold as a single handle. Two screws are included, and both drive in from the front, so you do not need to reach around to the back of the door to fasten it.
The handle measures 7-7/8 x 1-3/16 in (200 x 30 mm). The center to center distance between the screw holes is 6-5/8 in (168 mm). Check that spacing against your door before you drill.
| Measurement | Value |
|---|---|
| Overall size | 7-7/8 x 1-3/16 in (200 x 30 mm) |
| Center to center | 6-5/8 in (168 mm) |
| Fits door thickness | 1-3/8 in (35 mm) to 2 in (50 mm) |
| Screws | Two included, front fixing |
This handle is not for doors thinner than 1-3/8 in (35 mm) or thicker than 2 in (50 mm). Measure your door slab at the edge, away from any trim, to get a true reading.
Pick white or black when you order.
White blends into a light door and keeps the hardware quiet in the room. Black stands out against pale doors and matches darker frames and trim. Both colors use the same aluminum alloy body and the same front-fixing screws.
Because the screws go in from the front, this is a simple job on a door that is already hung. You do not need to remove the door or reach behind it. On a sliding door, mount the handle where your hand naturally lands when you reach for the edge, and keep it clear of the frame and the track.
Wipe the handle with a dry cloth. That is all it needs to stay clean. Skip wet sprays and abrasive pads, which can dull the lacquered finish over time.
Sliding doors show up in more places than people expect: closet doors, pantry doors, barn-style interior doors, and balcony or patio sliders. This handle suits any of them as long as the door thickness falls in the stated range. It also works on a pocket door where you want a surface grip rather than an edge pull.
If you are matching hardware across a room, keep the color consistent. A black handle on a white door reads as a deliberate detail. A white handle on a white door disappears into the surface. Neither is wrong. It comes down to whether you want the hardware to show.
Two things decide whether this handle works for you: the door thickness and the hole spacing. Measure both. If your door is outside the 1-3/8 in (35 mm) to 2 in (50 mm) range, this handle is not the right fit. If your existing holes are not 6-5/8 in (168 mm) apart, you will need to drill new ones or fill the old ones first.
Each order includes one handle and two screws. If you need a matching pull for the other side of the door, order two.
It fits doors between 1-3/8 in (35 mm) and 2 in (50 mm) thick. Measure your door at the edge to confirm. It is not for doors outside that range.
The center to center spacing is 6-5/8 in (168 mm). Check this against your door before drilling. If your existing holes differ, you will need new ones.
One handle and two screws. The screws fix from the front of the door, so you do not need to access the back.
Wipe it with a dry cloth. Avoid wet sprays and abrasive pads, which can dull the lacquered finish.
