Round bars catch the light along a line; a flat strap shows a band of finish. That makes the D pull read a little bolder on the door than a round bar of the same length, while staying slim from the side. The rounded ends are easy on hips and knees in a busy kitchen.
All three are finishes over a solid brass body, so the pull keeps its weight and strength whichever color you pick. Keep one finish per room, or use one for the kitchen run and another for an island to set it apart.
The four sizes cover the common US cabinet spacings: 3-3/4 in (96 mm) for drawers and older cabinets, 5-1/16 in (128 mm) for most modern doors, and 6-5/16 in (160 mm) or 7-9/16 in (192 mm) for wide drawers and tall doors. Measure between the middles of the two screw holes to choose.
Wipe with a soft damp cloth and dry. Skip abrasive pads and harsh sprays on the black and bronze finishes; they can wear through the color at the edges.
A flat D pull looks best mounted with its long side parallel to the nearest door edge: horizontal on drawers, vertical on doors. On a run of drawers with different heights, keep every pull centered on its drawer front rather than lined up to one height, so each one sits in proportion.
Yes. A common approach is one finish for the perimeter cabinets and another for the island or a hutch. Keep each finish on a whole run of doors so the mix looks planned.
Coffee bronze and matte black hide smudges best. Brushed brass shows fewer marks than polished brass because of its grain, but on a pull you use every day a quick wipe now and then keeps it even.
If your current pulls have 3-3/4 in (96 mm) between the centers of their screw holes, yes. Many American cabinets use that spacing; some older ones use 3 in (76 mm), which this pull doesn't come in.
We sell this pull each, so order the exact number you need, whether that's three for a vanity or thirty for a full kitchen. Orders from $49 ship free.
Send back unused pulls within 30 days, so you can order the full set and return any you don't fit.
Yes. Each finish comes in all four sizes, so you can use the short pull on drawers and a longer one on doors and keep one color across the room.
